Holder of multiple boxing and kickboxing belts, Mo has trained hundreds of men and women throughout his 26-year PT career. He created MOKA Training to help successful men regain their fitness through a combination of proven strength-training methods, personalised nutrition guidance, recovery strategies and performance coaching to create lasting results.
